Information on specific Board-approved alterations and modifications to homes is detailed in the Compliance Guidelines, Rules & Regulations for Cameron Village Townhomes (Garden Homes).  This document is available here on our website under the HOMEOWNERS tab.  Select Documents, then Governing Documents.  You will find that there are currently two Rules & Regulations documents.

The one titled:  Rules & Regulations Filed 01/02/2019 is the official document filed with Horry County.
The second one titled: Rules & Regulations  DRAFT 06/25/2019 contains ALL the Rules approved by the Board during the year.  Therefore, this is the most current Rules & Regulations governing the HOA.

The Rules & Regulations document provides specific details regarding the allowed modifications, such as approved color, location and/or placement, method of installation, etc.  Attention and adherence to the details are necessary for approval of the Architectural Change Request.  Any questions relating to the Rules & Regulations can be submitted via the  CONTACT US page or by emailing the Covenants Committee.

How do I submit an Architectural Change Request (ACR)? What is the process for approval? How long does the process take; when will a response be given?

An Architectural Change Request (ACR) for modification of the outside of your home must be approved in advance of the project.

Complete the fill-in ACR form and attach all contractor’s bids, brochures, and any other documentation which may be required for your ACR  application and submit the package to ACRSubmissions@CVTHOA.com.  They may also be mailed or faxed to Premier Management Group, Inc. Where can I see ACR's that have been approved for my home? Is there a consolidated list available?

The Architectural Change Requests (ACR) that we were able to obtain from FSR and those submitted since FSR are and will be posted here on our website.  Select the HOMEOWNERS tab, then select Architectural Review Committee Documents.  Those that we have been able to obtain are listed by the Homeowner’s address.
